Fast Boat Bali to Lombok

We are family have our holiday in Lombok in June 2014, it was a great holiday we spent in Lombok. See so many things around, Lombok has a wide tourism place and look so different from Bali, the Island is much natural, not so busy, sightseeing, beaches, nature and much more. As a sister island of Bali, part of Lombok has some tradition involved by Bali Island. Some Balinese can be found here.

Fast Boat Bali to Lombok is one of recommended way to get to Lombok, We choose fast boat as Our best way to Lombok because we love to travel on the sea and We think it’s a much interesting way. We have booked online our Gili fast boat through Gilibestdeal.com, We found they offer at the cheapest price, we paid only $33 per person for one way trip and we got a free Hotel pick up service from Kuta.
The departure point is from Padang Bai, about 1 ½ hour from Kuta, we get on the Air-condition shuttle mini bus. And we left Padang Bai at 09.00 AM, the sea was quite calm and it was a sunny day. The trip from Padang Bai to Lombok is one hour and 15 minutes and we arrive at 10.15 Am in Senggigi Beach. There are some boys on the beach offer you transportation to your hotel, they price it 50.000 Rupiah(Indonesian Currency),I think it depends on your Hotel location. We were staying at Kerandangan Area(to the North Senggigi).

On the way back to Bali we decided to go from Gili Trawangan, the boat was leaving at 11.30 AM from Gili Trawangan and it’s going straight to Padang Bai, then from Padang Bai, they give Us a free hotel drop off to Seminyak.
